Best Level of Service

The Crisis Hotline continues to reach new levels in service and have many to thank including the SCBHB. We will be enhancing our services with an upgrade to a software program which will allow us to more efficiently and effectively help the person calling, as well empower the Crisis Hotline to be a better community partner as we will be able to document caller demographics in "real time"
