PURPOSE: Disaster aid, first aid classes, verification for emergency military leave.  Prevent, prepare for and respond to emergency situations and/or military disaster training.

 

SERVICES: Water safety training, CPR training, first-aid training armed forced emergency services.

 

ELIGIBILITY: Anyone who has been a health & saftey victim of disaster.

 

FEES: Assistance is free.

 

SOURCE OF FUNDS: General public donations through Red Cross.

 

 

AIR ST. LUKE’S  LIFE FLIGHT HELICOPTER     911

In cooperation with the Association of Air Medical Membership Programs (AAMMP), Air St. Luke’s membership benefits extend to nine programs from Wyoming, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and California. This means that if you are a member of an AAMMP transport program, they will honor that membership, resulting in no out-of-pocket cost.  Non-members pay for transport.  They also honor “Lifelight” which is from St. Alphonse Hospital in Boise.

PURPOSE:    Emergency medical service, handles all types of trauma. Fly with advanced life support: pacemakers, respirators. Neurosurgeon on staff.

 

SERVICES:   Two flight nurses respond for emergency transport, mobile intensive care unit. Staffed with R.N. and paramedic when responding to scene of auto accident. Staffed according to patient's needs, including M.D. when indicated. Response time 5 min. to lift-off. Flies with advanced life support.   Open-heart program.

SERVICES: To provide medical transportation, paramedics.

 

FEES: Varies according to distance traveled.  ($5.50 aver mile/treatment on the scene $2.25.
